Palacio de la Diputación Foral de Bizkaia
El Palacio de la Diputación Foral de Bizkaia es uno de los edificios más majestuosos de Bilbao y un emblema de la prosperidad que vivió la ciudad a finales del siglo XIX. Situado en pleno corazón de la Gran Vía de Don Diego López de Haro, este palacio alberga la sede principal del gobierno foral de Bizkaia.
Inaugurado en 1900 y diseñado por el arquitecto Luis Aladrén, el edificio es un magnífico ejemplo de arquitectura ecléctica, con influencias neorrenacentistas y neobarrocas. Su fachada, ricamente decorada, combina piedra tallada, relieves simbólicos y una escalinata que le confiere un aire solemne y monumental.

El palacio sigue funcionando como sede administrativa, pero puede visitarse en determinadas fechas mediante visitas guiadas , que permiten conocer sus salas más notables y su valioso patrimonio artístico.
Frente al edificio se abre la Gran Vía, la avenida más elegante de la ciudad, flanqueada por comercios, cafés y edificios históricos.
